Thank you for placing a order with us! We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on any glass or presale/ made to order purchaces. We do offer exchanges and store credit on all other unused and unworn purchases. If you are making a return or exchange you will be responsible for all shipping fees. Our glass is made with pure love and care and we of course want our cutomers to have a great experiance with us. So please reach out with any concerns you may have.

Damages
If you do happen to recieve an item that is damaged due to shipping please contact us immediately within 24 hrs of your delivery. Please include photos of the damaged good with the box and your order number.
